Common questions
What videos can I dub?
Short-form clips from your photo gallery — roughly 15 to 180 seconds, like TikToks, Reels and Shorts. You import the clip and ReelDub takes it from there.
Will the dub sound like me?
On High quality, yes — it preserves the original speaker's voice, emotion and timing instead of using a generic narrator. The free Low quality uses a built-in synthetic voice, and Medium uses a natural voice you choose, so those levels don't reproduce your own voice.
What are the quality levels?
Three, so you can trade off speed, cost and fidelity:
- Low — free and unlimited, processed on your device with a synthetic voice.
- Medium — a natural voice you pick, translated and synthesized in the cloud.
- High — preserves the original speaker's own voice and timing.
Medium and High are part of a paid subscription; current plans and minutes are shown in the app. Videos made on the free tier include a small ReelDub watermark.
Which languages are supported?
A growing set of source and target languages. The source language is detected automatically — you can change it if needed — and you choose the language to dub into.
How is my content handled?
You dub videos you own, processing is explicit when you start a job, and you preview before saving or sharing. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How much does it cost?
ReelDub is free to start — Low quality is unlimited. Medium and High run on metered allowances with paid subscriptions for more; plans and minutes are shown in the app, and billing is handled through your App Store account.
